Join us for Yogapalooza, where children ages 2 and up discover the joy of yoga through playful poses inspired by animals, nature, and adventure. Each session blends physical activity with mindfulness, helping kids build strength, flexibility, and emotional resilience. Through breathing exercises, guided visualizations, and simple meditation techniques, kids learn to calm their minds and focus their attention. Come stretch, bend, and have a blast at the library!
This is a limited attendance program. Please pick up a ticket at the youth services desk before the program starts.
