Your room reservation has a 30 minute Setup and Teardown time built in for cleaning before and after your event. This time is for use by Library staff not the organization or person scheduling the event. If you need time to setup before your event and teardown after your event, you must adjust your event start time to include setup and your event end time to include teardown.
