Standard Access Time: Rooms will be available exactly at the start time of your confirmed reservation.
Setup and Preparation: Your reservation window must include all time needed for setup and technical testing.
Early Entry: Access to the room prior to your scheduled start time is not permitted, as the space may be in use or undergoing maintenance.
Prompt Departure: Please ensure the room is reset and vacated by the end of your scheduled block to respect the next reservation.
Pro Tip: If your event requires 30 minutes of preparation, please book your reservation to begin 30 minutes before your guests are scheduled to arrive.
