Event Details
Join our team of volunteers! The library is looking for friendly and enthusiastic teens to help the Youth Services Department with summer programming.
NEW IN 2025: Per Michigan State Law, all volunteers must be 14 years of age or older & have a valid work permit.
Some of what volunteers do includes:
Running the Summer Reading Program prize desk
Assisting with children’s programs
Serving as movie ushers
Assisting Youth Services staff as needed
Orientation Info:
Orientation sessions are mandatory each summer you choose to volunteer.
