 It's Quacky, it's wacky, it's the Rubber Ducky Cosplay Contest! To celebrate TeenTober, Teen Reads Week, and the Spooky Season, we are having a Rubber Ducky Cosplay contest just for teens!

Pick up your duck and other promotional goodies related to TeenTober and Teen Reads Week starting Monday, September 15th, at City Hall. 

Decorate your duck and return it to City Hall by Friday, October 3rd. Ducks will be returned to the teen artist upon request; otherwise, they will be used for displays at the Library each Halloween season!
