*Registration is required. Please register at gadml.librarycalendar.com between 12:00am on Friday, March 1, and 11:59pm on Tuesday, March 5.
The link to the Teen Lit Crates Questionnaire will be emailed to registrants immediately after registration, in the event confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam folder and contact us if you do not receive it the day you register.
The Teen Lit Crates Questionnaire must be filled out by noon on Thursday, March 7.
Teen Lit Crates will be ready for pickup at the Checkout Desk between 10am on Friday, March 22, and 7:30pm on Tuesday, April 2.
Please note:
1. A library card is required to check out your Lit Crate. Information about how to get a library card can be found at https://www.gadml.org/librarycard.
2. You must put your library card number in the registration form, or you will not be registered.
3. IMPORTANT: Leave the "Send notifications via e-mail" checkbox checked, or we will be unable to send you the Reading Questionnaire.
4. The library card number does not need to be in the name of the person registering; for example, two family members can register using the same card.
5. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after registration with the Lit Crates Questionnaire. If you don't see it, please check your junk/spam folder! If you still don't have it, please contact us and we will verify your email address and resend the message.
6. Grades 7-12 only, one Teen Lit Crate per person per month.
