Program Description

Event Details

In this class, Shirley will teach you how to use a sewing machine! By the end of class you’ll have made your very own mini fabric basket. All materials will be provided but if you’d like to choose your own color/patterns, just bring 2 coordinating quilting cotton fat quarters (18” x 22”) of your choice.

Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations for popular classes, we ask that you only register if you are confident that you can attend the class. We take pride in offering free classes to our GADML members, but these issues prevent others from enjoying the resources in the MidLab. We understand that emergencies occur, however, we encourage our patrons to reach out and notify us of a late cancellation so that we have time to contact those on our waitlists. Thank you!

Location: MidLab (located in the library basement)
Cost: Free
Teacher: Shirley
