Program:
Genealogist Derek J. Blount will review what Scottish genealogical records are available online, present examples of various types of records, and discuss how to find them. 

Presenter:
Derek J. Blount is a professional genealogist with his own business, “Lost Branches.” He specializes in research in the United Kingdom and Commonwealth nations. A graduate of Oakland University, he has completed coursework at the Genealogical Research Institute of Pittsburgh. Derek serves as VP of the Oakland County Genealogical Society and as the Genealogist for the St. Andrew’s Society of Detroit, and he sits on the Board of the Detroit Society for Genealogical Research. He holds memberships in the Association of Genealogical Professionals and the Society of Genealogists in London.
