Crafts To Go
Crafts To Go are kits that include instructions and materials to create a one-of-a-kind craft that you'll be proud to display! Registration is required. One kit per cardholder. Please note the suggested ages as some kits are intended for an older audience.
Event Details
This craft to go will include materials to make handprint butterflies! Trace your hands and add your prints to a Popsicle stick. Use pompoms for the body, pipe cleaner antennae, along with googly eyes and sequins for the finishing touches! Sticky magnets will be included if you would like to display your new creation on the refrigerator or other magnetic surfae. Instructions to guide you through putting this craft together will be included, as well as other fun early literacy activities that you can enjoy at home! For ages 12 and under. Registration begins March 30 at http://gadml.librarycalendar.com, or register by calling us at 989-837-3430. Registered participants can pick up a craft kit at the Youth Services Desk on Wednesday, April 6 starting at 9 AM. One craft per registered person. If you have more than one child to register, please click the green "Add Another" button to add their first and last names. Do not put additional registrants in the "Notes" section. Please pick up your bag on April 6. If you cannot make it to the library to pick up your craft bag, please call the library and we will hold it for you.
