Event Details

Join the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library and the City of Midland's Planning Department in the Orchard Room of the library any time between 4-7 PM to create a town out of milk cartons. Apply for "permits" to be able to build schools, libraries, houses, banks, etc. into the town. After getting your "permit", then decorate your building and place it where you think it is needed in the town.
