Choose Your Own Book Club - Best of 2024

Join fellow book lovers for a book club … with a twist! Each month, we'll pick a different theme or genre. Instead of everyone having to read the same book (whether they want to or not), in this club, you can CHOOSE YOUR OWN BOOK!

Read a book of your choice that fits the theme, or bring an old favorite. We'll get together for an informal chat about books — what we've read and what we thought and felt about it -- and compile a list to share so you can add to your TBRs!

Our theme for January is BEST OF 2024. Make your selection from our display/list (coming soon!) of the Best Books of 2024 or choose a title from a "Best of" list you find! Join us in the Orchard Room at 6:30pm on Wednesday, January 22 to talk books. Snacks provided. Sign up at gadml.librarycalendar.com if you'd like an email reminder ahead of time.

If you need help choosing a book, we can help! Visit the Reference Desk or call us at 989-837-3449. Registration is not required, but it helps us know how many chairs and snacks we need!
