Adult Lit Crates - Pickup Begins

If you signed up for April already on this page, we have your registration and all you need to do is check your email for the Reading Questionnaire link and fill it out. 

(We are streamlining the registration process but encountered a bug when registration opened that we had to work out before moving to the Google form for the remaining spots.)

You tell us what you like, and we'll put together a box full of goodies and books chosen just for you. Return the books and the box, and keep the treats for yourself!

*Registration is required. Please register at https://forms.gle/6kg53mCMsRkCAL3UA by noon on Thursday, April 17.

Lit Crates will be ready for pickup at the Checkout Desk between 10am on Friday, April 25, and 5pm on Saturday, May 3.

Please note:

1. A library card is required to check out your Lit Crate.  Information about how to get a library card can be found at https://www.gadml.org/librarycard.

2. You must put your library card number in the registration form, or you will not be registered.

3. IMPORTANT: Leave the "Send notifications via e-mail" checkbox checked, or we will be unable to send you the Reading Questionnaire.

4. The library card number does not need to be in the name of the person registering; for example, two family members can register using the same card.

5. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after registration with the Lit Crates Questionnaire link. If you don't see it, please check your junk/spam folder! If you still don't have it, please contact us and we will verify your email address and resend the message.

6. Adults only, one Lit Crate per adult per month.
